A refreshed look, new functionalities and ease of use – on Friday, the new Widzewa Łódź online store had its premiere. Click on www.sklep.widzew.com.
The new sales platform was created in accordance with the visual identification. The entire system was built from scratch and integrated with the ticketing system. Thanks to this, fans can use them through one account, which will facilitate the calculation of discounts for season ticket holders, members of the 1910 Club, and soon also fans vacating their seats in the Heart of Łódź.
There have been many external treatments in the system to provide the Club with more efficient and thus faster order handling – courier and accounting integrations, automation rules for handling complex orders, notifications for customers, improved contact with store service, i.e. many functionalities that are standard in the world e-commerce.
– The new online store is the third project implemented by the Club recently, after the new official website and the new ticketing system. There is no denying that it was also a project that aroused the greatest interest of fans who wanted to make convenient and quick purchases of official products signed with the club crest. I hope that the fans will like the new e-shop, and together with the whole team we will improve the quality of services and expand the store’s offer – said Michał Rydz, vice-president of Widzew Łódź.
– The new e-shop hides another, after the ticketing system, element of the Stellis One platform. The integration of these two systems allows us to introduce Single Sign On, i.e. one user profile. It is a great convenience for fans to use. For the Club, this is the basis for implementing a loyalty program that we intend to develop in the next year – says Łukasz Gąsiorowski, CEO of Stellis.
