It is the third time STELLIS and Neutrica support Szlachetna Paczka.

This year STELLIS collected 6.180,80 PLN. The iniciator-manager-commander in chief of the project was Joanna Kamocka. “We spent the money on 3 tons of coal and 12 boxes filled with food, home chemistry, blankets, towels, pillows and bed linen.” – she explains.  There were also some sweets and surprise gifts from us that were not included in the list, that was provided by the family. “We had a strong wish to present them with something that will help/change/upgrade in their everyday life/routine. That will make a difference”. – she adds. Our STELLIS elfs drove the presents to the warehouse yesterday.

This year there was a record number of over 16k families enrolled in the program of Szlachetna Paczka. According to the “Powerty Report 2021”, by Szlachetna Paczka, the number of people living in extreme poverty in Poland increased by almost 400 thousand last year. 2 mln of Poles do not have enough money to cover their basic needs, 8% do not have a bathroom. Under each of these numbers there is a human being in need. We hope we managed to make life of 2 of them a little better. 

Szlachetna Paczka is one of the most recognizable social programs in Poland. It has been operating since 2001 and, contrary to appearances, it does not deal with making parcels. The package is based on working with Donors and Volunteers. The final of the program, the so-called “The Weekend of Miracles” falls on December 11-12, 2021. This is when the Donors deliver parcels to the warehouses, which are then handed over to families in need.
